30 Day Money Back Guarantee
Customer satisfaction is a cornerstone of our company. We will work with you within reason to meet or exceed your needs. If you are not satisfied with our product, for any reason, return it within 30 days of date of shipment and we will refund the cost of the product, less a 25% restocking fee. All refunds will be retuned by company check regardless of initial payment method when the product is returned and received in acceptable condition. Please note we can not refund the shipping charges and the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges to return the product.
Return Policy
The product must be returned in like-new condition, in the original packaging and with original documentation. Like-new condition means that it can be restocked and sold without significant additional work required. Any returned product not meeting this standard will be brought to like new condition and our cost of remediation will be deducted from the refunded amount. Please call or email us with your order number so we will be prepared to accept the returned merchandise when it arrives.
Damaged Product
If your product arrives damaged or with missing components, you should document the damage and/or missing pieces on the freight company's delivery receipts that accompanies the order. It is important to document the condition of your delivery prior to accepting the product, signing the receipt or the carrier leaving. Our products are insured and you have the right to file a claim if you see visible damage to the crate and the product. If you see visible damage or identify missing pieces, you can choose to (1) accept the delivery and file a claim with the Freight company (ask the carrier for a claim form) or (2) refuse the shipment and have it returned to us In such cases, please call us immediately before letting the driver leave so we can authorize the return and document the problem Using a digital camera to document any problems is always a good practice!
